Health and Safety is the forefront of everything we do; therefore it is critical that we consider and constantly review all aspects of health and safety in the work place.
We do this through a rigorous and continuous programme of training, awareness, communication, risk assessment, audit and testing.
For us health and safety is an essential investment:
We are Lloyds Multi Utility Register accredited Which means we hold all three utility sector accreditations for Electric, Water & Gas (NERS, WIRS & GIRS)
We are also fully accredited to work on the Rail with our RISQS accreditation.
We are an Achilles fully registered supplier (Catergory B2)
All key members of the management team are IOSH and NEBOSH accredited
We are a full member of Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA)
We know that training and investing in people for the future helps us to provide an enthusiastic and highly motivated workforce delivering a high quality service with health and safety at the forefront.
We actively encourage feedback from all staff to ensure a positive health and safety culture throughout all aspects of our business.
As part of our total commitment to maintaining the highest levels of health and safety awareness all our staff receive relevant safety bulletins as issued across the industry. We also provide 'tool box' talks focussed on site and equipment safety.
Through our audit programme we ensure all staff are trained in the use of Personal Protection Equipment which we ensure is always present and properly maintained. In addition all site visits must have the correct level of risk assessment completed, this gives a complete approach to Health and Safety.
